Job summary

Atrium is seeking an IT Director to lead the manufacturing technology environment across two sites, directing IT operations, cybersecurity, and vendor governance. The role includes ERP modernization, Epicor migration, and strategic alignment with executive leadership.

The Senior IT leader will balance hands‑on work with vendor management, ensure compliance, and drive security and reliability across the business. Relocation assistance may be discussed; occasional travel to Arizona is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT leadership experience.
• 5+ years IT operations in manufacturing.
• Experience managing MSPs and third‑party vendors.
• Hands‑on knowledge across cybersecurity domains.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations across two locations and manage MSPs.
• Own security program and incident response coordination.
• Lead CMMC readiness and audits.
• Partner with ERP Lead for Epicor migration and ERP modernization.
• Drive end‑user experience improvements and technology modernization.
