Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, evaluates, and supervises designated staff.
• Leads task forces to plan, implement, and coordinate facility activities to maximize service quality, effectiveness and efficiency.
• Directs IT strategy development and ROI-focused project evaluation to support annual budgets.
• Ensures department standards and regulatory compliance for reliable IT operations.
• Serves as IT department expert and ensures staff adherence to regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
