Qualifications

• At least 3 years of healthcare and multi-site or enterprise environment experience.
• Ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and enterprise teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
• Experience with hospital IT operations and EHR systems preferred.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
• Project management experience and experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships.
• Experience leading and developing IT staff.

The ideal candidate combines healthcare IT experience with strong leadership capabilities and an understanding of the technology, security, compliance, and operational requirements of a hospital environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business , or a related field, or 7 years of relevant experience
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare and multi-site or enterprise environments
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across clinical, operational, and enterprise teams
