Softek Enterprises LLC in Rockville, MD seeks an IT Director to guide strategy and day-to-day operations of the company’s technology infrastructure and delivery capabilities. You will lead engineering teams, drive standards, and align IT with business objectives to shape the technology roadmap.

Working with executive leadership, you will manage vendor relationships, champion innovation, and ensure security, compliance, and funding alignment for federal contracts.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing engineering teams and technology operations.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), modern software development, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with federal IT environments, compliance frameworks, or government contracting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals and federal client needs.
• Oversee technology infrastructure, security policies, and compliance programs.
• Lead and mentor engineering managers and technical leads across multiple project teams.
