Qualifications

• Hands-on contract drafting, negotiation and administration experience required
• Experience aligning contracts with legal, compliance and financial controls
• Familiarity with healthcare contracting laws and organizational policies

Responsibilities

• Evaluates contract requests and identifies missing information, providing counsel to internal stakeholders
• Negotiates, drafts, and processes contracts, amendments and terminations per SOPs
• Maintains contract documents in databases and generates reporting for management
• Performs due diligence with Legal, Compliance, and Business units to ensure regulatory alignment
• Monitors contract performance, deadlines, and onboards vendors with Accounts Payable and IT Logistics
• Provides training and guidance to staff on contract processes and best practices
