Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years' experience in purchasing, supply chain or data analytics.
• Contracting and sourcing of categories.
• Preferred background with plant operations.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• SAP and Ariba experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Defines requirements and templates for analytics and market intelligence.
• Supports standardization of strategic sourcing processes.
• Analyzes spend baseline, category profiles, and market insights for strategy development.
• Supports development of Go-To-Market and negotiation strategies with category management.
• Performs supplier analysis including screening, financials and capability assessments.
• Executes end-to-end sourcing projects for less complex categories.
• Participates in supplier selection and fact-based negotiations.
• Supports regions and countries to offset local or global gaps.
