Job summary

Trinseo is seeking an IT Business Partner to act as the strategic liaison for Finance, Payroll, and Corporate functions. You will translate business needs into actionable IT roadmaps and drive value through technology initiatives across SAP Finance, Concur, BlackLine, ONESOURCE, IT2, and Power BI.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, cross-functional influence, and comfort with ambiguity in a global, transformational environment. Hybrid work in Wayne, PA is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years in a relevant leadership or senior business analysis role with growing responsibilities.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Payroll, Treasury, or Corporate functions.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate with delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IT liaison between IT and Finance, Payroll, and Corporate stakeholders.
• Develop technology roadmaps aligned with priorities and IT capabilities.
• Define requirements, evaluate solutions, and support implementation of technology initiatives.
• Shape scope, document requirements, and ensure alignment with controls and SOX.
• Analyze processes across Finance, Treasury, Tax, Planning, and Controls for optimization.
• Support testing, UAT, issue resolution, risk ID, and change adoption.
• Influence senior stakeholders and prioritize investments and budgets.
• Provide guidance on AI-enabled capabilities and analytics for Finance functions.
• Manage multiple initiatives, track commitments, and address dependencies.
• Foster collaboration and deliver a consistent business partnership experience.
