Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four years of relevant experience.
• Experience on IT projects as business analyst and/or project manager preferred.
• Master’s degree in CS or related field preferred.
• Five years’ experience supporting information systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements with departments.
• Document current and future state business processes and workflows.
• Develop gap analyses and prioritized requirements.
• Develop test plans aligned with requirements and coordinate validation.
• Ensure quality solutions meet requirements and enhance capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional process re-engineering teams.
• Create project documentation and implementation plans.
• Manage execution of project plans with IT and business teams.
• Design, build and configure new custom solutions.
• Enhance existing solutions and deploy updated systems.
• Document operational and maintenance procedures.
