SAIC is hiring a Business Analyst (Technical) located in Pensacola, FL. The role supports Training & Education Management Systems for Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) and programs of record such as CeTARS, MyED, NETFOCUS, NIGHTS, NEAS, AIM and LAS.

The candidate will lead analysis across programs, gather requirements, and maintain documentation to drive successful project outcomes. Interim Secret clearance is required, with experience in large Enterprise IT programs and DevSecOps

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in AI, cybersecurity, computer engineering, information systems, or related IT field as listed in the ad.
  • DoD/military course completion of numerous security and IT certifications is required or acceptable.
  • Clear interim secret security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis across Program of Record to support decisions on success, risk, and viability.
  • Gather requirements and document stakeholder needs for IT systems or projects.
  • Maintain project documentation and generate regular progress reports.
  • Track program activities including implementation and forecasting for Gov 2.0 efforts.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and project status; develop and format documents for government deliverables.
  • Collaborate with management, engineering, procurement, logistics, and production teams.
  • Handle change requests in the System of Record.

Description

SAIC is hiring a Business Analyst (Technical) located in Pensacola, FL. This position will be supporting Training & Education Management Systems for Naval Education and Training Command (NETC). The role will support our Programs of Record; Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Resource Systems (CeTARS) for both schoolhouse & corporate, Navy & Joint MyEducation (MyED), Naval Education and Training Future Officer and Citizenship User System (NETFOCUS), Navy Inspector General Hotline Tracking System (NIGHTS), Navy Enlisted Advancement System (NEAS), Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM), and Learning Assessment System (LAS).

The Business Analyst will require:

  • Leading analysis efforts across the Program of Record(s) to support decisions for success, risk, and overall viability.
    • Requirements gathering for identifying and documenting the specific needs and expectations of stakeholders for a new or existing IT system or project.
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and generate regular reports to track progress and outcomes.
    • Tracks and monitors new and ongoing program activities to include implementation and forecasting to support Gov 2.0 efforts.
    • Manages, develops, and tracking of project status, budgets, and schedules.
    • Develops, reviews, and/or format Microsoft Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentations and other documents to support government contract deliverables.
    • Works with staff from different disciplines, including management, engineering, procurement, logistics, and production to complete tasks.
    • Change Request Management in the System of Record.
