Job summary

Holley Performance Brands is seeking an IT Business Analyst to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT project teams across the full portfolio of IT initiatives. This role ensures business needs are understood, documented, translated into functional requirements, and validated throughout the project lifecycle.

The Business Analyst will collaborate with leaders, process owners, SMEs, end users, project managers, architects, developers, vendors, and testing teams,

Qualifications

• BRDs, FRDs, process maps, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria.
• Requirements traceability matrices and stakeholder collaboration.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and align IT solutions to business needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business and IT, document BRDs and translate into FRDs.
• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability through project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, vendors, and testers to validate requirements.
• Review deliverables for completeness, clarity, and alignment with business goals.
• Support UAT planning, defect triage, and deployment readiness.
