Advanced American Technologies, Inc is seeking an ITAM Lifecycle Manager to oversee IT asset management programs across the lifecycle, from procurement to disposal, ensuring accurate tracking and optimization.

The ideal candidate will hold IAITAM certifications (CITAM/CHAMP/CSAM) and have proven experience implementing ITAM systems, focusing on cost control, risk mitigation, and clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing ITAM programs and initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in implementing ITAM systems for asset tracking and process optimization.
• Familiarity with cost optimization, risk mitigation, and lifecycle improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage ITAM programs and initiatives, ensuring efficient tracking, usage, maintenance, and disposal of IT assets.
• Establish and implement ITAM workflows and processes that align with the organization's strategy and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Continuously evaluate the performance of ITAM systems and processes, identifying areas for cost optimization, risk mitigation, and lifecycle improvements.
• Manage large and complex ITAM programs/projects through all phases of the ITAM Project Lifecycle.
• Align project objectives with stakeholder priorities and facilitate regular communication to ensure expectations are met.
• Develop and execute communication plans to keep customers and staff informed of project status.
• Direct, motivate, and collaborate with project team members to ensure clarity of responsibilities and timely completion of tasks.
• Continuously optimize ITAM processes by leveraging analytics and feedback, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
