AbbVie is seeking a Senior IT Architect for Supply Chain and Procurement to drive the technology strategy for Demand, Supply, Procurement, Distribution, Logistics, and Inventory management. You will guide solution architects and partner with BTS leadership to deliver a long-term technology roadmap that aligns with business goals.

You will lead governance, security, and architectural standards while mentoring teams and communicating complex solutions to senior stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree plus10 years’ experience in computer science, engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree plus 9 years’ experience or PhD with 5 years’ experience in computer science, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience leading team of solution architects and technical owners, responsible for delivering the Supply Chain strategy and roadmap, ensuring compliance and best practices through architectural blueprints and standards.
• Experience leading large-scale, complex Supply Chain transformations with end-to-end capabilities roadmap assessments and TCO for financial cycles.
• Strong proficiency in Supply Chain and Emerging Technologies like Supply Chain Decision Intelligence, Visibility, Control Tower, Command Center.
• Proven experience as a Supply Chain End to End architect.
• Demonstrated partnership and collaboration skills with internal & external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated high level of business understanding and financial acumen.
• Proven experience presenting with Sr/Executive Leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and communicate a clear technology vision and strategy for the Supply Chain value stream.
• Lead development and maintenance of the business capability model and assess maturity across capabilities.
• Create and maintain technology roadmaps aligned to financial cycles (LRP/Plan).
• Define standards for evaluating platforms and integration technologies.
• Lead solution architects through conceptual design and logical system architecture.
• Guide stakeholders to deliver a resilient, scalable, secure technology vision and roadmaps.
• Ensure IT governance, compliance, and security best practices.
• Lead Architecture Review Boards and the Solution Lifecycle process.
• Mentor solution architects and foster knowledge sharing.
• Advise on architectural standards and trends across BTS and the organization.
• Communicate complex solutions to business stakeholders and BTS leadership.
