Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a seasoned professional to lead complex process improvement initiatives in Supply Chain Planning. You will drive governance, strategy deployment, and Lean Six Sigma adoption to improve organizational effectiveness and create measurable value across functions.

Responsibilities include defining value propositions, managing initiatives, and coaching multidisciplinary teams while collaborating with Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master of Science, Engineering, Economics or Business Management.
• APICS certification preferred.
• 8 years’ experience in Operations, Supply Chain Management and/ or Financial Management.
• Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing, 6-Sigma, and advanced planning and control methods.
• Proven capability to manage and implement change management programs.
• Capable of leading and coaching multidisciplinary teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex improvement projects from goal to result, aligning with sponsors on savings, budget, quality and deadlines.
• Provide governance and prioritize activities; ensure efficient project management and resource use.
• Define value proposition and develop a portfolio of services; improve processes and systems to create value.
• Act as a change agent to implement strategy deployment and Lean Six Sigma culture.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and drive broad adoption of improvements.
• Coach and lead cross-functional teams including Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
