You will craft long-term technology roadmaps, engage with C-suite leaders, and guide AI strategies aligned with business goals to improve efficiency, satisfaction, and profitability.

Applicants should have strong Microsoft stack knowledge, expertise in AI tools, and the ability to communicate value to executives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SMB tech stacks including Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server, firewalls.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI and ML applications in business and familiarity with Microsoft AI tools.
• Ability to articulate AI use cases and value propositions to C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consulting to create and manage a technology vision and 3-5 year roadmap.
• Engage with CEO, CFO, and COO to steer future IT investments and programs.
• Guide clients in developing and implementing AI strategies aligned with business objectives and competitive advantage.
• Serve as a trusted AI advisor covering governance, data readiness, and responsible AI adoption.
• Write and deliver IT strategic roadmaps prioritizing initiatives and projects.
