Job summary

Spectraforce seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IP&R) programs for a major retail/supply chain client in Atlanta. You will oversee multiple workstreams, align business and technology teams, and deliver measurable inventory and service improvements.

The role requires deep IP&R and demand forecasting expertise, strong governance, and excellent stakeholder management across Supply Chain, IT, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management or related roles.
• Strong IP&R domain expertise and hands-on understanding of inventory planning, replenishment, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization.
• Proven experience leading large, complex programs with multiple projects, workstreams, and technology teams.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Merchandising, Procurement, Operations, IT, and Business leadership.
• Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning in retail, distribution, manufacturing, or similar environments.
• Ability to manage roadmaps, governance, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Experience leading IP&R system implementations, transformations, or major enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain and IP&R programs from strategy through benefits realization.
• Own program roadmap, governance, milestones, risks, and delivery outcomes across workstreams.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Merchandising, Procurement, IT, and Data.
• Drive inventory optimization, demand forecasting, replenishment, service levels, and transformation initiatives.
• Translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans.
• Collaborate with leaders to define scope, requirements, priorities, metrics, and implementation plans.
• Manage interdependencies and proactively resolve issues impacting objectives.
• Improve inventory planning processes, replenishment parameters, and inventory policies.
• Oversee requirements, design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and stabilization.
• Monitor KPIs and business outcomes like forecast accuracy, turns, availability, and working capital.
• Lead governance, steering meetings, and executive communications.
• Mitigate risks and manage resources and dependencies with leadership escalation.
• Drive change management, training, and adoption of new processes and tech capabilities.
• Partner with Supply Chain leadership to standardize and optimize processes.
• Ensure deliverables align with objectives, tech strategy, and transformation goals.
• Manage external vendors and partners as needed.
