Raymond James seeks a seasoned VP of Investor Relations for RJREI’s tax credit investment platform. You will originate investors, manage relationships, and develop materials for transactions, education, and market updates, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet objectives from origination to closing.

You will build out investor materials, lead structuring discussions, and ensure alignment with investment committee expectations while navigating complex tax credit structures and capital

Qualifications

• 3+ years in renewable energy, energy infrastructure, or project finance.
• Experience originating covering institutional investors and executing complex investments.
• Experience with tax credit investing and transaction structuring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree a plus.

Responsabilités

• Originate and develop relationships with institutional investors to expand RJREI's investor base.
• Provide ongoing client coverage, understanding objectives, risk tolerances, and portfolio needs.
• Lead investor-facing structuring, economics, and tax transfer/partnership structures.
• Drive execution from engagement to closing and funding, managing milestones.
