Job summary

Raymond James Renewable Energy Investments is seeking a VP of Investor Relations to manage institutional relationships and coordinate investor materials for the tax credit platform. You will work with RJREI leadership to originate opportunities and ensure successful transactions.

You will lead structuring discussions, deliver investor updates, and maintain a disciplined investor pipeline while collaborating across teams to meet client objectives and drive closing of transactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in renewable energy or project finance with investor coverage experience.
• Proven ability to originate or manage institutional investor relationships.
• Experience structuring transactions and communicating complex proposals.

Responsibilities

• Originate and develop relationships with institutional investors to support tax credit investments.
• Provide ongoing client coverage, understanding objectives, risk tolerance, and portfolio needs.
• Lead investor-facing structuring, pricing, and transaction documentation with internal teams.
• Drive execution from engagement through due diligence, closing, and funding.
• Prepare investor materials and deliver tailored presentations for committees and investors.
• Maintain investor pipeline and stay informed on market developments.
