Job summary

Stealth in Atlanta is seeking an Investment Strategy Associate to support research, data analysis, and due diligence on managers and funds. You will monitor markets, maintain dashboards, and help prepare allocation discussions with advisors and portfolio managers.

You’ll take on lead coverage over time, collaborate with colleagues across the firm, and contribute to market updates and investment insight pieces.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in investment research or wealth management.
Foundational knowledge of investments and markets.
Excel and Office proficiency; Bloomberg/PitchBook/Addepar a plus.
Progress toward CFA or CAIA designation.
Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Perform first-pass research on managers, funds, and pitch decks against track record, fees, liquidity, and risk.
Own monitoring for assigned coverage list; schedule updates and draft concise notes for advisors.
Engage managers with questions and verify information against sources.
Maintain investment pipeline, closing dates, IC notes, and funds list.
Build weekly chart pack of economic indicators and market momentum.
Support DD memos and IC exhibits; collect data room documents; analyze manager terms.
Provide advisors with evidence and analysis for client conversations.
Contribute to quarterly market updates and post-mortems.
