Job summary

Sammons Financial Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs across investment data, analytics, portfolio management, technology, and operations. You will partner with senior leaders to prioritize high-impact projects and ensure successful execution from ideation through implementation.

Role requires strong PM skills, excellent communication, and the ability to influence at multiple levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' of progressively responsible experience in program management or project management.
• Experience in financial services, asset management, or similarly regulated environments.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives and communicating with senior leaders.
• Experience supporting investment platforms, data & analytics, portfolio management or operational modernization.
• Strong program and project management skills: scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources.
• Proven ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-support capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact strategic initiatives with senior leaders.
• Plan and manage programs across investment data, analytics, portfolio management, technology, and related functions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams from ideation through implementation to achieve business outcomes.
• Develop program plans, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, dependencies, action items, and resources.
• Provide senior leadership with timely reporting on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Facilitate governance meetings, scope decisions, and change management activities.
• Support onboarding of investment managers and alignment across teams.
• Assist with investments platforms, portfolio reporting, regulatory requirements, and product launches.
