Job summary

RocketFin is seeking an Investment Allocation Analyst to join the investment team. You will allocate new investments to subsidiaries and product lines, monitor trade activity, and collaborate with front office to ensure timely, objective-aligned allocation decisions.

You will gain hands-on experience with investment allocation tools and trade management systems, while interfacing with IT to validate new functionalities and regressions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with fixed income securities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Allocate newly purchased securities to subsidiaries and product lines.
• Coordinate allocations for upcoming purchases with asset managers and onboarding team.
• Automate and improve existing processes.
• Share investment details with portfolio managers and solicit allocation preferences.
• Partner with IT to validate new system functionality and regression test the allocation process.
