We are inviting an experienced financial consultant or investment banker to support the private placement of equity in a fast-growing, non-listed company.

Main Objective:

To secure a reputable strategic investor who will acquire a stake in the company and actively contribute to its growth.

The core requirement is direct and proactive communication with potential investors, presenting the opportunity, conveying its value, and maintaining engagement throughout the deal process.

Key Selection Criteria:

An existing community or verified network of active investors (VCs, angel investors, family offices, strategic players) whom you can approach directly with this opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Prepare investor materials (teaser, pitch deck, financial model).

Present the opportunity through your network of investors.

Lead communication and negotiations with prospects.

Manage the financial side of the transaction through closing (due diligence, terms, execution).

Collaborate with legal and tax advisors as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience raising capital for startups or growth-stage companies.

Access to a trusted investor community or strong investor network.

Familiarity with M&A, SAFE, SPA, and equity structuring.

Excellent communication and deal-closing skills.

Ukrainian or Russian language skills are preferred.

Engagement Terms:

Remote.

Compensation: Success fee only — percentage of the investment raised (to be agreed upon individually).
