Job summary

Integral Blue, LLC in Auburn Hills, MI, seeks a Warehouse Operations Lead to guide inventory management, coordinate with suppliers, and support procurement and fleet/logistics. You will supervise inventory staff and ensure accurate records while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, you will implement best practices, monitor stock levels, and drive cost control through data analysis and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years in inventory control, reconciliation, and shipping/receiving.
• Proficient in inventory software/tools and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Experience operating a hi-lo and MS Office suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving of new inventory items with quality checks.
• Support procurement processes and internal stock requests with suppliers.
• Continuously monitor inventory levels and stock availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through counts and reconciliation.
• Conduct regular audits comparing physical and recorded inventory.
• Determine reorder points and safety stock per product.
• Address stockouts and discrepancies promptly.
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and optimize assets.
• Generate reports on turnover, aging, and stock levels.
• Maintain documentation using inventory management software.
• Coordinate calibration/servicing of test equipment and tools.
• Oversee fleet vehicle logistics and related supplies.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Safety, and other departments.
• Provide training on inventory best practices to staff.
