Job summary

Daily Harvest is seeking a Senior Manager Inventory & Supply Planning to own end-to-end supply and inventory planning for our DTC and retail channels. You will translate demand into executable supply plans, maintain lot integrity, and partner with marketing, transportation, and co-manufacturing to optimize cost and availability.

You will lead SKU-level planning, forecast production with co-manufacturers, manage 3PL relationships, and ensure accurate NetSuite transactions and inventory tracking

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or operations in a food, beverage, or CPG environment.
• Proven experience managing 3PL relationships and holding external partners accountable to inventory accuracy and service level commitments.
• Hands-on ERP experience; NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of lot traceability, shelf life management, and food safety requirements as they apply to inventory planning.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply planning and SKU-level production scheduling.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly production forecasts with co-manufacturing partners.
• Participate in S&OP cadence and surface risks proactively.
• Manage weekly inventory levels, allocation plans for 3PLs, and stock transfers in NetSuite.
• QA NetSuite for fulfillment errors and inventory discrepancies; maintain lot traceability and shelf life compliance.
• Develop reporting and KPIs to provide real-time visibility into inventory health and allocation execution.
