Job summary

TAQA is seeking an experienced Senior Inventory & Warehouse Operations Specialist to support inventory accuracy, warehouse optimization, and SAP EWM operations. The role focuses on ensuring efficient material flow, accurate inventory management, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include managing high-priority material movements, optimizing layouts, cycle counts, API Q2 audits, and SAP EWM configuration to support system upgrades and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• API Q2 Internal Auditor Training is required.
• 6-7 years of warehouse/inventory/supply chain experience.
• Advanced SAP knowledge including SAP EWM.
• Strong analytical, auditing, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-priority, sensitive, and non-conforming material movements.
• Optimize warehouse layouts and workflows for efficiency and space utilization.
• Develop and execute cycle count programs; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Lead internal audits per API Q2 standards and manage NC/CAR documentation.
• Forecast inventory requirements and maintain safety stock levels.
• Configure SAP EWM parameters, support testing and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with QHSSE, Supply Chain standards, company policies, and ethical practices.
