Job summary

TAQA is seeking an experienced Senior Inventory & Warehouse Operations Specialist to support inventory accuracy, warehouse optimization, and SAP EWM operations. The role focuses on ensuring efficient material flow, accurate inventory management, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include managing high-priority material movements, optimizing layouts, cycle counts, API Q2 audits, and SAP EWM configuration to support system upgrades and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• API Q2 Internal Auditor Training is required.
• 6-7 years of warehouse/inventory/supply chain experience.
• Advanced SAP knowledge including SAP EWM.
• Strong analytical, auditing, and problem-solving abilities.

This role will play a key part in ensuring efficient material flow, accurate inventory management, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-priority, sensitive, and non-conforming material movements.
• Optimize warehouse layouts and material workflows to improve efficiency and space utilization.
• Develop and execute cycle count programs, investigate inventory discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead internal audits in accordance with API Q2 standards and manage NC/CAR documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• API Q2 Internal Auditor Training.
• 6-7 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations.
• Advanced SAP knowledge, including SAP EWM.
• Strong analytical, auditing, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• APICS CPIM certification.
• Oilfield Services (OFSE) experience.

Key Relationships

• Collaborate regularly with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality teams.
• Coordinate frequently with suppliers and external consultants.
