Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Fremont, CA seeks a Senior Manager of Inventory Risk Management to lead the team safeguarding high-velocity hardware manufacturing by balancing supply availability with financial exposure.

You will partner with planning teams and hyperscale clients to ensure stock consumption aligns with forecasts, optimize CTB tracking, and quantify E&O risk while driving policy maturation and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Finance, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications like APICS/CPIM preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive experience in material planning, inventory control, or supply chain risk management, including at least 5+ years in a senior or leadership capacity.
• Industry background in electronics manufacturing, OEM, or server/data center infrastructure.
• Client-facing experience managing relationships and negotiating material liabilities with major B2B enterprise customers.
• Advanced analytics using Excel, Power BI/Tableau and ERP/MRP systems (SAP or Oracle).
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end strategic alignment with hyperscale clients to validate material pull and forecasted pipelines.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with the Supply Chain Planning Team to optimize material availability and CTB tracking.
• Architect and own the framework for quantifying financial exposure related to excess and obsolete inventory.
• Direct assessment and reconciliation of material consumption variances across multi-phase manufacturing runs.
• Author and present inventory health metrics, consumption trajectories, and risk mitigation strategies in QBRs.
• Standardize inventory controls, audit structures, and risk tooling for a high-throughput environment.
• Mentor and potentially lead a team of analysts or planners to ensure data accuracy and execution.
• Develop or enhance dashboards with BizOps and IT, leveraging AI for KPI tracking.
