Job summary

Tcgrecruit is seeking an Inventory Control and Scheduling Manager to direct and coordinate the flow of materials and production schedules across multiple plants. The role supervises one planner and reports to the Manufacturing Plant Manager.

Responsibilities include reviewing production schedules, coordinating with departments, ensuring on-time shipping, and optimizing material availability through MES/SAP alignment. Requires BS degree or equivalent scheduling experience and ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• BS degree or 3 yrs of related scheduling and planning experience.
• Experience with ERP system; SAP a plus.
• Planning and Scheduling experience within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedules and confer with supervisors to determine material requirements and identify overdue materials.
• Oversee the planning and direction of production activities and establish production priorities.
• Coordinate production activities with sales, purchasing, maintenance and quality control for optimum utilization.
• Compute material quantities and establish sequential delivery dates for departments.
