Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal Supply Demand Planner in Seattle to lead end-to-end planning for service spares, FRUs, and NPIs. The role partners across Service, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Repair, Finance, and Product teams to optimize inventory and ensure service readiness.

This senior IC role requires strong forecasting, planning-system expertise, and the ability to influence cross-functional decisions without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in supply or demand planning, inventory management, NPI, or service parts planning.
• Experience supporting new product introductions and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and planning models for supply, demand, and inventory.
• Track service levels, shortages, forecast performance, and inventory health.
• Perform root-cause analysis on planning and service gaps.
• Compare NPI assumptions to actual field performance.
• Develop supply-demand scenarios for business and financial planning.
• Drive improvements in planning tools, data, and processes.
