Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; progress toward a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of site operations and infrastructure considerations.
• Experience with preventive maintenance methodologies for heavy equipment.
• Excellent communication with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce rigorous workplace safety standards and monitor equipment conditions.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, and Field Managers to align workflows.
• Inspect and audit current service jobs to ensure quality and identify process improvements.
• Balance routine maintenance, outages, and urgent repairs to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Oversee planning activities, setting priorities based on customer demands and resources.
• Document workflows and monitor progress using scheduling software and ERP tools.
• Coordinate materials, scheduling, and cross-functional communication for maintenance execution.
• Manage procurement of parts, tools, and services to support tasks.
• Coordinate external service logistics including accommodations, equipment rentals, and travel.
• Inspect and validate parts upon receipt to ensure inventory readiness.
• Track costs and prepare cost reports for management review.
• Prepare preliminary invoices and handle basic billing queries.
