Job summary

Golden Bolt LLC is seeking an Inventory Lead to supervise DC operations in Chatsworth, CA, with a Sunday‑Thursday 7:00-3:30 schedule. You will drive accuracy in perpetual inventories, partner with management to shape inventory strategy, and initiate improvement projects through reporting and analysis.

You will oversee staff, enforce safety standards, prioritize work, and ensure operational excellence across inventory controls, cycle counts and materials movement within a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years’ experience in a distribution center/warehouse or equivalent Inventory environment.
• Experience operating material handling equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations including inventory transactions, cycle counts and material movement.
• Proficient with MS Office and WMS programs; Word, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DC Operations staff and enforce safety practices; schedule hours and support evaluations.
• Ensure inventory control records are accurate and report productivity/quality.
• Receive assignments from Supervisor and set priorities within Inventory.
• Resolve on‑the‑job technical questions and issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and production information.
• Communicate policy and operations matters to staff; provide liaison with Supervisors.
• Flag quality or operational issues to Supervisor and escalate when needed.
• Model teamwork, productivity and efficiency in daily tasks.
• Monitor daily operations to achieve company goals and OSHA compliance.
