Job summary

Highwood USA is seeking an organized Material Handler to support shipping, receiving, warehousing and inventory control in a fast-paced setting. The role emphasizes accuracy, safe operation of lift equipment, and maintaining material flow for production.

Responsibilities include planning and executing inventory counts, using IQMS for receiving, and backing up truck duties as needed. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–5 years related experience and/or training suggested.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate lift trucks and pallet jacks, including pre-start inspections.
• Plan, procure, and inventory control of raw materials and ancillary items.
• Manage, adjust, and track inventory shortages or gains; analyze root causes.
• Lead physical inventories and cycle counts; correct variances.
• Put away and stage incoming product; receive and label RMAs.
• Complete receiving in IQMS and perform inventory moves/adjustments.
• Learn and use RF scan gun; manage floor space vs inventory levels.
• Maintain Receiving Rack and hardware rack organization; schedule dumpster pickups.
• Back up truck driver when needed.
