Job summary

Sika is seeking an Inventory Analyst to oversee master data and optimize inventory across our supply chain. You will manage material codes, collaborate with project teams, and lead data-driven initiatives to improve data integrity and forecasting accuracy.

The role requires SAP proficiency, 3+ years in related fields, and strong analytical and communication skills. On-site position with competitive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Supply Chain or Business Management; APIC certification is a plus.
• Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, master data, or inventory management.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems required.
• Experience with data analysis and daily metrics reporting.
• Project management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee master data workflow from creation to release of material codes.
• Serve as local liaison between project teams and sites for new codes.
• Coordinate with functions to ensure accurate code setup and forecasting.
• Lead initiatives to cleanse and maintain master data.
• Develop and train local users on master data practices.
• Understand processes and how data impacts upstream/downstream activities.
• Collaborate to optimize inventory utilization and reduce slow-moving/obsolete stock.
• Identify root causes of slow-moving inventory and drive corrective actions.
• Facilitate monthly Inventory business reviews and manage inventory metrics.
• Perform other work as assigned by the Vice President of Supply Chain.
