Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, seeks an experienced logistics leader in Reno to plan and manage end-to-end logistics, warehouse and transportation operations, and customer service. You will implement material control systems and drive efficiency while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role emphasizes developing the operations team, optimizing vendor relations, and maintaining cost-effective logistics with a focus on accuracy and process controls. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Inventory/Warehouse/Logistics/Factory environment.
• Background managing logistics of a factory environment or similar Inventory Control preferred.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
• Advanced MS Office, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
• Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and material control systems.
• Develop employees in Operations including training and performance reviews.
• Control warehouse inventory, equipment and consumables; perform counts and reconcile with system.
• Develop materials schedules and coordinate efficient movement of materials.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, service vendors and third-party providers.
• Maintain inbound/outbound transportation service levels at lowest cost.
• Ensure compliance with internal process controls.
• Follow health and safety measures and report hazards.
