Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to manage warehousing, transportation and customer service operations. You will optimize the full order cycle, implement material control policies, and lead a team through productivity targets and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in logistics/factory environments, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

8-10 years’ experience in a Warehouse/Logistics/Factory environment.
Background managing logistics of a factory environment or similar.
Inventory control experience preferred.
Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
First-Aid or CPR certification would be an asset.
Advanced MS Office, Access, and proficiency in Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.
Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and material control systems.
Development of employees in Operations including training and performance reviews.
Control of warehouse inventory, equipment and consumables.
External communication with carriers, suppliers, and logistics providers.
Ensure inbound/outbound transportation service levels and cost efficiency.
Monitor vendor routing compliance and lead times.
