• Untangle which Demand Planning costs are fixed and which you can actually move
• Stand up the operating cadence that keeps Edison, NJ teams rowing the same direction
• Trace a complaint pattern back to the process that breeds it
• Hold a forecast review where people actually change their minds
• Field the awkward question in the QBR and have the data ready
