Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies balancing cost and service level.
• Create and maintain key performance metrics to track inventory health and costs.
• Design scalable processes for inventory planning and positioning considering network constraints.
• Ensure alignment between inventory strategies and broader supply chain goals.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across finance, operations, SCOT and planning teams.
