Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in SCM or related field.
• 5-8 years in inventory planning, forecasting or SCM with 2-5 in leadership.
• Experience with forecasting and fulfillment software.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work in Collierville in person.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory planning strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Finance, and Operations to forecast demand.
• Monitor KPIs like turnover, forecast accuracy, service levels, and unproductive inventory.
• Lead and develop Inventory Planners and Analysts.
• Drive continuous improvements in forecasting tools and inventory processes.
