The candidate will lead cycle counts, implement improvements, and develop dashboards to monitor KPIs, ensuring accurate inventory positioning and capital efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in inventory management, demand or supply planning, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with data manipulation and reporting capabilities.
• Proficient with financial systems and Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize inventory levels by analyzing trends and risks.
• Manage inventory replenishment and allocation to meet demand while minimizing excess.
• Use ERP, Excel, and analytics tools to evaluate inventory performance and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for turnover, stockouts, and excess/obsolete items.
• Collaborate with sourcing, demand planning, finance, operations, and commercial teams.
• Ensure data accuracy through cycle counts and audits; resolve discrepancies.
• Lead inventory planning for new product introductions and site expansions.
• Support site transitions and engineering change management to minimize disruption.
• Manage slow-moving and excess inventory; mitigate financial impact.
• Drive continuous improvement to standardize and optimize processes.
