Job summary

INNIO Group is seeking an Inventory & Cost Analyst to support the Operations Finance team with emphasis on inventory accounting, cost analysis, and standard costing. You will manage reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, collaborating with Finance, Operations, and Product Management to drive transparency and strong financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, controlling, cost accounting, or inventory accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts, inventory processes, and manufacturing finance.
• Experience with standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Good ERP system knowledge; Oracle or other ERP experience is an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence with large data sets; BI skills are a plus.
• Structured, analytical, and hands-on approach with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly inventory accounting activities and reconciliations.
• Prepare inventory accruals and adjustments (inbound freight, goods in transit, obsolescence reserves).
• Own standard cost processes, updates, roll-ups, and ERP system changes.
• Coordinate physical inventory counts and follow-up.
• Review inventory balances and produce regular reports and analyses.
• Support cost of quality tracking, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Conduct WIP closing and variance analysis; assist with non-standard cost adjustments.
• Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with accounting policies.
