Job summary

Tutti Quanti, LLC, a PE-backed manufacturer and distributor, is seeking a Controller to build scalable accounting processes in a rapidly expanding environment. The role reports to the VP of Finance and partners with operations to strengthen controls, policies, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in accounting, including at least 3 years as a Controller or Assistant Controller, with strong GAAP and inventory‑centric expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ as a Controller or Assistant Controller.
• Strong experience in inventory‑intensive environments; consumer products/wholesale/omnichannel/e‑commerce preferred.
• CPA designation preferred; GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process and drive accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, supporting schedules, journal entries and accruals, audit‑ready statements.
• Ensure inventory accounting, COGS, revenue recognition and retailer chargebacks are reflected in the GL.
• Strengthen accounting policies, internal controls, and procedures to support scalability.
• Provide leadership to the accounting team and drive process improvements.
• Own the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
