Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to oversee and optimize inventory management for production of autonomous surface vessels. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates will have analytical strengths, experience in manufacturing or defense settings, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and control, preferably in manufacturing or defense
• Familiarity with ITAR/DFARS or defense regulations is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong collaboration with suppliers and internal teams required
• Commitment to data accuracy and process improvement

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/inventory systems
• Monitor safety stock and reorder points to prevent stockouts
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Track material movement across warehouse and production locations
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies
• Generate inventory reports and support audits
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory controls and ERP/MRP processes
• Safeguard inventory and ensure compliance with security protocols
