Job summary

Saronic Technologies, a leader in autonomous maritime solutions, seeks a Procurement Coordinator to optimize material flow from suppliers to production. You will manage logistics, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships to ensure on-time deliveries for our autonomous surface vessels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, or related roles preferred.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end flow of materials from suppliers to production facilities.
• Assist purchase order follow-up, supplier sourcing, pricing negotiations, and PO placement.
• Monitor and manage inventory to prevent shortages or excess.
• Collaborate with production, eng., and quality teams on supply chain needs.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and track shipments for on-time delivery.
• Maintain records of orders, shipments, and inventory; prepare reports.
