Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 5+ years experience with computerized inventory systems is required.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains consistent stock of inventory, ordering new stock up to pre-authorized limit as inventory dwindles.
• Establishes and maintains backup source for high-demand items.
• Assesses inventory reports and order patterns to identify items for automatic, recurring delivery.
• Provides inventory reports to purchasing and Operations Manager.
• Maintains daily records of goods received and shipments made.
• Manages inventory system and supports upgrades to related software.
• Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
• Assists with annual physical inventory cycle counts.
• Operates forklift when necessary.
• Supports material handling and sorting processes.
