Jabil is seeking an experienced professional to manage all facets of Inventory Control, including receiving, stockroom, shipping, and related analysis. You will lead recruitment, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement in operational metrics.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with Workcell and Business Unit managers, and the ability to implement cost-saving processes while ensuring safety and compliance across the campus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma and three years experience, including one year in supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire Inventory Control, Stockroom, Shipping, and Inventory Analysts.
• Coach Inventory Control staff in interviewing/hiring and performance.
• Develop training curriculum and succession plans for Inventory Control.
• Establish measurable goals and monitor team and process performance.
• Communicate weekly updates and foster effective collaboration with leadership.
