Job summary

Total Site Solutions (TSS), Georgetown, TX, is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to own the integrity of inventory across 3PL networks and ensure financial accountability and operational excellence. Reporting to the COO, you will design audit programs, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement across Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in inventory control, supply chain, or related areas.
• Experience auditing 3PL operations.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/WMS.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance in a public company.

Responsibilities

• Lead the inventory control strategy across third-party logistics operations.
• Design and improve inventory audit programs (cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations).
• Ensure inventory at 3PLs reconciles to NetSuite.
• Monitor adjustments, shrinkage, and performance metrics; drive corrective actions.
• Execute SOX controls and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end inventory close activities.
• Develop customer inventory accuracy reporting and operational metrics.
• Serve as liaison during customer inventory reviews and third-party audits.
• Lead and develop the Inventory Control Audit team.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and 3PLs to improve accuracy.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and reduce risk.
