Job summary

Trojan Technologies, a Veralto company, is seeking an Assembler for the Productions Operations Department in Grand Rapids, MI. You will assemble, fit, and install mechanical components and subassemblies according to drawings and instructions, ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-time delivery.

This on-site role includes inventory duties such as cycle counts, material receipts, and maintaining records, with opportunities for professional onboarding and career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or operations or management preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in inventory control, warehousing, production, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP Systems.
• Knowledge of Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of raw material and finished goods.
• Maintain detailed records of inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, and disposals.
• Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Owner of the cycle count program and annual physical inventory (raw materials, WIP and finished goods), ensuring compliance with Veralto’s policies.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies to identify trends, root causes of discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Perform inventory and cost analysis to achieve improved inventory turns and accuracy.
