Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Mid-Range Capacity & Inventory Planner to coordinate cross‑plant production planning and inventory programs. You will analyze demand, capacity, and material flow to minimize inventories while ensuring strong customer service.

Responsibilities include leading 0–12 week planning cycles, administering replenishment programs, and collaborating with Plants, Demand Planning, and Operations to balance capacity and staffing. 3+ years in ERP/SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification preferred.
• Proven analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• APICS or similar certification preferred.
• 3+ years experience with ERP system, preferably SAP.
• Experience with integrated business planning software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop rolling 0‑12 week production plans to meet customer demand considering downtime, new assets, and plant changes.
• Administer replenishment programs to set production plans for the time horizon.
• Deliver the inventory plan for assigned facilities.
• Manage inventories for finished goods, semi‑finished goods, and raw materials.
• Identify and prioritize aged inventory.
• Provide data analysis and recommended solutions to capacity constraints.
• Drive results by minimizing inventories while meeting customer service.
• Balance capacity using historical production and forecast data.
• Coordinate with plants on capacity loading and staffing.
• Sequence cross-area operations to avoid crossovers and optimize flow.
• Resolve plant‑to‑plant issues to maintain targeted loadings.
• Set and review target inventory levels.
• Lead process improvements within Supply Chain.
• Provide backup for teammates.
