Job summary

Spectrum Comm Inc is seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to advise on sustainment acquisition for Air Force assets. The role requires eight years of DoW logistics or maintenance experience and an active Secret clearance.

You will work with IPTs on major systems, guiding logistics planning, data management, and program documentation. Responsibilities include developing acquisition strategies, RAD documents, and using DoD systems like PRPS and WAWF.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in DoW logistics or aircraft maintenance/sustainment.
• Experience supporting logistics planning or program execution in military/defense.
• Active Secret Clearance and ability to coordinate across functions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to produce professional guidance and briefings.
• Knowledge of DoD/AF logistics policies and related systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform IMS principles and practices within Air Force supply chain workload.
• Collaborate with IPTs on weapons systems to analyze acquisition and sustainment scope.
• Develop continuity documents, lead IPTs, and prepare background papers and market research.
• Provide guidance on logistics systems and processes related to the series.
• Utilize PRPS, WAWF, LIMS-EV, DLA asset visibility, and related data systems.
