American Rheinmetall is seeking an Inventory Analyst to monitor and optimize inventory levels, supporting production efficiency across departments. The role emphasizes accurate data, cycle counting, and process improvements within a manufacturing environment.

You will work to balance production needs with financial controls, implement changes in the ERP system, and ensure data integrity for reliable forecasting and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of inventory control principles including cycle counting, FIFO/LIFO, and Kanban.
• Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and materials management.
• Understanding of ERP/MRP systems and demand planning techniques.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support production and operations.
• Implement periodic cycle counts and analyze discrepancies to identify root causes.
• Improve software systems and standard practices across departments.
• Develop reports and small tools to support different departments.
• Process machine scrap, EDI data, and oversee related transactions.
• Implement Engineering Changes Notices and Change Requests with awareness of system impact.
