Job summary

Equinox is seeking a Retail Allocator to ensure the clubs have the right product in the right place at the right time. You will manage allocation strategies across the retail fleet, using data and analytics to drive decisions that maximize sales and enhance member experiences.

Collaborating with Planning, Buying, Distribution, and Club teams, you will respond to changing demand and support new product launches and promotions in a premium retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail allocation, merchandise planning, inventory management, or a related analytical retail function
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data to make sound business decisions
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with allocation, planning, or retail ERP systems preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build effective cross-functional partnerships
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused with a passion for delivering operational excellence and supporting an exceptional member experience

Responsibilities

• Execute allocation and replenishment strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels across all retail locations
• Analyze sales trends, inventory performance, and demand to make timely allocation decisions
• Monitor product performance and proactively rebalance inventory to maximize sales opportunities and minimize excess inventory
• Partner with Buying, Planning, Distribution, and Club Operations teams to support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
• Identify allocation risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to improve inventory productivity and business performance
• Maintain accurate inventory records and allocation reporting while ensuring data integrity across systems
• Support the execution of inventory strategies that enhance the member shopping experience and achieve financial goals
